    Processing time 1-3 days.

    We ship from Bulgaria/Europe with tracking number. After placing your order you will receive an email with the tracking number.

    Standart shipping - Bulgarian post, Deutsche Post - 5-7 days for Europe, 10-15 days for the US.

    We are not responsible for delays due to Postal Services.

    DHL Express 2-4 days - please, supply your phone number.

    Customs and import taxes

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • Returns

    If you decide to return your order please contact us in3 days after the delivery.

    Ship items back within 7 days of the delivery.

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    Please contact us if your item is defective or damaged.

  • Cancelation
